Our Guarantee is simple - we’ll replace a BOONDOG product, if any of the workmanship, or components fail within the first 12 months of normal use.

OK, so what does the guarantee really mean?

BOONDOG is quite happy to guarantee our products against breakage, but we can only be expected to guarantee against things we have control over, or responsibility for.

This means we will replace a product if any of the components break as a result of normal use (the use to which the product was intended when designed).

​

But... We Do Not guarantee that your dog won’t chew your BOONDOG product or wear and tears.

​

Chewing of equipment is a training issue, it is the responsibility of the dog’s owner and not something BOONDOG has any control over.  

​

Keep your equipment in a safe place, where dogs can’t use it as a plaything and it will give you years of effective service.

Please initiate your warranty/ guarantee claim request:

• Fill up our warranty/ guarantee claim form and await our response.

• Once we received your request, we will ask you to pack and seal the item/s and post the parcel back to us at the address we provide via registered post (as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit). So, we can inspect the product physically before we can tell you if it is under warranty.
